Roll out your dough into a small oval and place on a floured peel.
Top with wild garlic and fold two rashers of bacon down the length leaving a gap in the middle. Crack in an egg and season with salt and pepper.
Bake in a preheated pizza oven for 4-5 mins at <300˚C until the bacon is crispy. Drizzle the breakfast bread with olive oil whilst still warm and finish with grated parmesan.
