This garden inspired recipe uses mange tout or sugar snap peas and goats cheese with mint for a really fresh and colourful pizza. It’s surprisingly light to eat and works deliciously with a crispy white wine or glass of rosé.
Method
Preheat your pizza oven to 375˚C and move your fire to one side. Roll out your dough and place it onto a peel with polenta.
Spread a ladle of tomato sauce around the pizza dough base with the base of the spoon.
Top your pizza with goat’s cheese, peas, spring onion and lots of mint.
Bake for 2-3 mins turning regularly. Garnish with edible flowers and a drizzle of mint herb oil.

Made with marinara sauce, mozzarella, and basil, it represents the Flag of Italy. Simple but super tasty! Pizza dough This recipe uses Associazione Verace Pizza Napoletana recipe [...]
Fennel, Pear and Mascarpone Pizza! This is a corker of a pizza recipe and worth firing up the oven on a chilly October evening. The truffle artichoke provides woody depth whilst the pear adds a light sweet, perfumed finish. The chargrilled fennel slices combine with creamy mascarpone cheese to make a pizza combo that ticks [...]
Stone Baked Pissaladiere with Smokey wood-fired Onions! Pissaladiere is one of my absolute favourites. It’s a sort of pizza/tart hybrid flavoured with sweet caramelised onions, black olives and anchovies - hailing from Liguria but most often associated with the south of France. A Pissaladiere is perfect as pre-dinner finger food with a glass of bubbles [...]
An amazing Autumn-inspired pizza recipe! This autumnal pizza celebrates the earthy combination of mushroom with umami, sweet black garlic and aromatic herbs. Rich, creamy Camembert and elastic, milky mozzarella melted on a crisp pizza base is perfect finished with truffle oil. Enjoy this rustic woodland-inspired pizza as a warming treat when raking leaves, pruning in [...]
