The E-Beefer XL brings the legendary Beefer experience into an all-electric format, delivering true 800°C performance without the need for gas. Designed and engineered in Germany, it combines professional-grade infrared technology with effortless plug-in convenience, offering unmatched versatility for cooking indoors, on the terrace or in any sheltered outdoor space.

At the heart of the E-Beefer XL are two powerful infrared burners that generate direct top heat of up to 800°C, ensuring rapid caramelisation and restaurant-quality crusts on steak, fish, burgers and vegetables. This intense radiant heat seals in flavour and moisture while creating the signature Beefer finish that made the brand famous among chefs and food enthusiasts alike.

Unlike many electric alternatives, the E Beefer XL offers true top heat in a full-size cooking chamber, giving you the complete Beefer experience without compromise. Simply plug it into a standard 16 A power outlet and it is ready to perform. The integrated soft-start system provides smooth, stable power delivery, protecting circuit breakers while maintaining consistent heat throughout each cook.

Built from premium stainless steel, the E-Beefer XL is both durable and easy to clean. It includes a large grill grate, two smaller grates, two ergonomic handles and a GN pan for collecting juices or serving sauces. Compact, powerful and designed for performance, it brings professional fire cooking precision to any home kitchen.
