The Grill Box Skewer Frame brings the precision and simplicity of traditional skewer cooking to the Grill Box Fire Cooking System. Designed for grilling directly over charcoal or glowing embers, the frame securely holds up to six skewers across the Grill Box cooking area.
Constructed from high quality stainless steel, the frame is durable, heat resistant and built to withstand the high temperatures associated with charcoal grilling.
When placed above the Grill Box Konro Grill, the central firebox of the Grill Box Fire Cooking System, the Skewer Frame allows skewers to cook evenly over concentrated radiant heat. This style of cooking is ideal for dishes such as yakitori, kebabs, vegetables and small cuts of meat cooked directly over glowing charcoal.
The open design allows heat to circulate freely around the food while allowing juices and fats to drip onto the charcoal below, creating the distinctive aromas and flavour associated with live fire cooking.
