The Konro Grill, Table Barbecue 54cm is a traditional Japanese charcoal grill crafted from diatomaceous earth, a natural material formed from fossilised marine algae. This highly insulating structure allows the grill to retain and concentrate heat, delivering efficient, controlled cooking using minimal fuel.
With its extended cooking area, this Konro is ideal for preparing multiple skewers at once, making it particularly well suited to entertaining and shared cooking. The long, narrow design allows skewers to be placed directly across the grill without the need for a grate, creating the ideal setup for yakitori and traditional Japanese grilling.
